Needs improvement

Availability on short notice - 2 weeks. Right on the lake with its own beach - albeit a very small one.

The room was very outdated and not well cleaned or maintained. The beds and linen were old and in need of replacement. The water in the shower and sink did not drain well. The structure was such that you could hear everything going on in adjacent rooms. The door knob to the main entrance fell off in my hand the first day.

This place was a great last minute find for the 4th of July Week. I was very satisfied with the amenities it had to offer especially the beach and the use of Booked.nets for paddling around lake george with the kids. Who needs a pool when you have the crystal clear waters of Lake George to swim in and the beach was very well maintained. Great place to relax and unwind with the family. Bob, the manager was also very friendly and helpful in providing recommendations on places to eat and attractions in the area.

The swimming area could have used a floating diving dock.
